The Italian supply chain flours come from a company certified by CSQA. The safety of its products is the first element on which every action is based. Even for long-life products, a simple recipe criterion is adopted, with a list of ingredients consisting only of water, flour, sourdough and salt to which extra virgin olive oil is added; the products are without added sugar, hydrogenated fats, devoid of any trace of milk and are subject to a production specification that after cooking, during the cooling and packaging phases, keeps the products in a protected environment and at a controlled temperature.
